"When a friend overheard that my doctor detected hearing loss he approached me and said "I have a name for you ..Leslie Gant". Told me how pleased he was with the hearing solutions provided to him and his wife. Wow, did he do me a favor. Let me give you another name .. Emily Combs. These two Doctors of Audiology are highly professional, thorough and very easy to work with. Dr. Combs, after thoroughly testing my hearing, fitted me with hearing aids that have corrected for my hearing loss. I wear my aids 15 hours a day and would not be without them. They are comfortable and the sound quality is very natural. Receptionist Cindy rounds out this friendly and outstanding practice."

"October 2025 - I had needed hearing aids for a few years but put it off. Eventually the time came to do something about it, so, I went to a place in Asheville. Unfortunately, while I liked the audiologist, their hearing aids were problematic - Bluetooth connection issues with two different pairs. I asked for my money back. After that experience, I waited a while before trying again. A cousin of mine told me about Gant Hearing Care and how he was very satisfied with Dr. Gant and the whole team at GHC. So, I gave them a try. First thing I noticed when I called was the kind and very helpful administrative assistant. From there on the whole experience was very pleasant and life changing. From meeting Dr. Gant, to the through hearing test, choosing the best hearing aids to pair with my phone and the follow-up appointments. Dr. Gant provided me with a pair that work exceptionally well. People often will comment that they didn't know I was wearing them until I pointed them out. But the biggest difference is that I CAN HEAR!!! Before I had paid $500 for basic, very basic hearing aids. They were also uncomfortable. So, I really didn't wear them that much. Then I tried the folks in Asheville. That bothered me a bit, but I knew that I needed to take care of me and my hearing. So, going to Dr. Gant was what I needed to do. I now hear all the birds chirping, I have more confident that I can hear others speak. Your hearing its important, very important!! Dr. Gant and her team at Gant Hearing Care will take care of you. I'm glad I spoke to my cousin and he led me in the right direction. Thank you, Dr. Gant! One last thing, I wear my hearing aids an average of 15 hours a day. Meaning I WANT them in my ears. I want to hear things; people and they are comfortable to wear. I like to tell people, "I'm participating in my hearing therapy. It is important to me.""
